At FMB Laser Designs, every order is carefully crafted and shipped from New Hampshire, USA. We take pride in ensuring your order arrives safely and on time. Please review our shipping policy below so you know what to expect.
Processing Time

Standard production time: 2–4 business days

Custom design orders: 4–6 business days (depending on design approval)

Bulk orders: Please allow 1 additional business day per 10 units

Rush production: Available as an add-on at checkout or by request (when possible)
⚠️ Please note: Selecting a faster shipping method does not shorten production time unless a Rush Add-On is purchased.

Tracking Information

Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with tracking details

Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours to appear after the carrier receives the package
Signature Requirements
For higher-value orders (typically over $200), we may require a signature upon delivery for added protection. Customers may request to waive this, but by doing so, responsibility for loss or theft passes to the customer once the carrier marks the package “Delivered.”
Local Pickup (NH Customers)
Local pickup is available at checkout.

Standard hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM (EST)

After-hours pickup may be arranged – contact us to schedule
Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Lost in transit: If tracking shows no movement for 7+ business days, we will file a claim and issue a replacement.

Marked “Delivered” but not received: We are not responsible for suspected stolen packages. Please check with neighbors and file a claim with the carrier.

Weather, carrier, or customs delays: These are outside our control and are not eligible for refunds.
Damaged Items
If your order arrives damaged:
- Contact us within 48 hours of delivery
- Provide clear photos of the damage and packaging
- We’ll send a replacement at no cost to you, using the same shipping method
Delivery Times & Guarantees

Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping and are not guaranteed for standard/economy shipping.

Express Guarantee: If you select USPS Priority Express or UPS 2nd Day Air, we guarantee delivery by the estimated date, provided there are no customer-related delays (e.g., incomplete order info, late design approval).

If an express order misses the guaranteed date due to our error, you’ll receive a full refund.
Returned Packages
If your order is returned due to an incomplete, incorrect, or undeliverable address:

We will contact you via the email or phone provided at checkout

You have 25 days to update your shipping information

Additional shipping fees may apply for reshipment

If no response is received within 30 days, the custom item will be discarded and cannot be refunded or remade
Holiday & Peak Season Notes
During peak times (Thanksgiving through New Year’s, Valentine’s Day, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day):

Shipping carriers may add surcharges and experience longer delays

We recommend ordering at least 2 weeks early for these dates to ensure timely delivery

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

FMB Laser Designs is not liable for delays, non-delivery, or losses caused by incorrect addresses, theft after delivery, or external factors (weather, strikes, carrier delays).

No refunds or replacements will be issued for delays caused by customer-related issues, regardless of shipping method.
