We begin processing orders quickly, so cancellations must be requested within 12 hours of purchase. After this window, we may not be able to cancel if the item has already entered production.
Do you accept returns on personalized or custom products?
No—because these items are made specifically for you, they cannot be returned. Please double-check your personalization details before ordering.
How do refunds work?
If approved for a refund, it will be issued to your original payment method within 5–7 business days. If your order is eligible for store credit instead, we’ll provide details by email.
