Refund & Return Policy – FMB Laser Designs

At FMB Laser Designs, every order is crafted with precision and care. Because most of our products are customized and made-to-order, our return and refund options are limited. However, we are committed to ensuring you receive exactly what you ordered — and we’ll make it right if something goes wrong on our end.

Personalized & Custom Orders

Due to their one-of-a-kind nature, personalized or custom items cannot be returned or refunded unless:

  • The item arrives damaged or defective

  • There is an engraving or production error caused by our team

❌ We do not offer refunds for customer-approved errors such as typos, misspellings, or incorrect dates. All custom designs are sent for customer approval prior to engraving, and the approved design is the one we produce.

✅ If a replacement is necessary, we will ship a new item to you at no additional cost, using the same or a comparable shipping method. If you prefer not to receive a replacement, we will issue a refund for the defective item only (excluding shipping).

Non-Personalized Items

We gladly accept returns and exchanges on non-customized products.

  • Contact us within 5 days of delivery

  • Ship items back to us within 10 days of delivery

  • Return method: Mail to the return address we provide (customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective)

Once your return is received and inspected, a refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Cancellations

Orders move into production quickly to maintain our turnaround times.

  • Cancellations are only accepted within 12 hours of placing your order.

  • After that window, the order is locked in and cannot be canceled.

 

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect:

  • Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

  • Include clear photos of the issue

We will respond promptly with a resolution.

Timing & Last-Minute Orders

We recommend ordering well in advance to ensure timely delivery. While we replace any item that meets our damage or error criteria, we cannot expedite replacements or refund entire orders if an item arrives later than a customer’s hoped-for date when express shipping was not selected.

Delivery & Shipping

Estimated delivery times include both production and shipping, and are provided as estimates only — not guarantees — unless an express shipping option is purchased.

  • Express Shipping Guarantee: If you select USPS Priority Mail Express or UPS 2 Day, we guarantee delivery by the estimated date, provided there are no customer-caused delays (e.g., missing design approvals, incorrect shipping information).

  • If an express order does not arrive by the guaranteed date due to our error, you will receive a full refund.

Important Notes:

  • We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, or other external factors outside our control.

  • Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Orders delayed or lost due to incorrect addresses are not eligible for refunds or replacements.
